Audiometrix,

I received my new aids yesterday and I love them.  Until recently, I was not aware that I could get BTEs that do not use earmolds.  The first set of hearing aids that I got from you six years ago (Siemens Trianos) were the best I had ever had, but these are even better.  What I like most is the quality sound, without any whistling.  The Trianos were starting to whistle a bit. But these are also much more comfortable.  The remote control also makes adjustments easier and more precise.  Obviously I went with Audiometrix again because of your low prices, but your service has also been exemplary from day one.

Thank you for your prompt and courteous service.  When my father passed away I thought we would just throw his hearing aids away, but when my brother suggested getting them programmed for my Mom, I didn't think that was possible.  Mom's on a tight budget (aren't we all?) and she truly appreciates you doing it at no charge.  She is doing well with them and is wearing them all day long.  I think she feels closer to Dad when she is wearing them.  Anyway, hearing loss runs in our family and I am sure we will be getting in touch soon.

I just wanted you to know that the aids arrived last week and they were everything you promised! I want to apologize for all the questions I asked before I decided to order, but I have bought many hearing aids over the years and buying them online seemed a bit strange to this old timer. But your patient and kind demeanor put my heart at peace and I decided to give it a shot. These aids don’t whistle at all and the sounds and words are much more distinct. You were right. These cheaper aids work just as well as the more expensive ones I tried locally. I think it’s probably the speaker in the ear issue. But whatever it is, they work great and are MUCH more comfortable than the in-the-ear type.
